Akihisa Shiota
Graduated from the International Tourism College, Department of International Hotel Management, in March 2002. Joined Palace Hotel Co., Ltd. in April 2002. After a study experience in France, joined The Peninsula Tokyo as an opening team member in August 2007. Subsequently held positions at Premium Dining Co., Ltd., Aman Tokyo (Otemachi Tower Resorts Co., Ltd.), Amanemu (Shima Resort Management Co., Ltd.), Aman Kyoto (Kyoto Resort Management Co., Ltd.), and G-Lion Group QinAuto Co., Ltd. (AKARENGA STEAK HOUSE, etc.), primarily handling on-site restaurant operations, management, business strategy planning, and marketing.
In October 2022, founded Ary Operations Inc. and launched consulting services for accommodations and restaurants. Currently oversees hotel operations, opening support, and VIP lounge management in the sports and entertainment sector.
