Ryosuke Yoshioka

With over 15 years of experience centered on guest service at Hotel New Otani and in the high-end dining industry, he has extensive practical experience progressing from front-line staff to manager and General Manager. Well-versed in all aspects of restaurant operations — from VIP service and shift management to staff training, financial management, menu development, and bridal coordination.

Combining flexibility and execution skills spanning from media planning to on-site operational optimization, he is also capable of handling high-end client service including bridal coordination and VIP hospitality. As head of the Sports Entertainment Division, he oversees VIP lounge planning and operations, as well as F&B business planning and management for a professional basketball team.
