Originally from Sri Lanka. With over 15 years of experience at leading Japanese luxury hotels — including The Peninsula Tokyo, Aman Tokyo, and Amanemu — she has been a key contributor to food & beverage and accommodation departments. In F&B roles, she managed P&L, team development, and luxury service operations as a Manager. In accommodation, she oversaw the Housekeeping department, driving quality improvement and cost management. Currently working as a consultant specializing in hotel revitalization and opening support, she handles a broad range of activities from strategic facility design and on-site operations to talent development, restaurant planning, and ROI planning.
