Atsuhiko Egashira

JSA-Certified Senior Sommelier / Sommelier Excellence

With nearly 20 years in the hotel and food & beverage industry, he brings deep expertise in both wine and F&B management. At The Peninsula Tokyo, he handled state-guest-level service and led the beverage department as Chief Sommelier. At Amanemu, he served as Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing business strategy and management, earning the Michelin Guide’s highest rating during his tenure. As General Manager of Ise Umashi Kuni Brewery, he launched a winery and restaurant operation. In 2025, he was appointed Advisor and Director of Ary Operations Inc. He is a recipient of Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence,” and served as President of the Japan Sommelier Association, Mie Branch (2022–2025).
